I purchased a disaster house in an older part of the city. Patrick diagnosed challenges and planned solutions to make my house work. Their turnaround time was good; the work was professional; they left the workspaces cleaner than when they started. I’ve had no issues since they completed the work last summer. I had a great experience with Steadfast. Avery and Jeff, the electricians who came out, were fantastic from start to finish. They arrived right on time, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and made sure I understood everything that was being done. Both were incredibly friendly, professional, and respectful, taking care to leave everything clean and tidy. Jason was awesome. He came to my house and diagnosed the issue with my mini split where another company could not and was pushing me towards buying a whole other device. Jason was polite, understanding. Will use Steadfast again if we should have another electrical issue.
